Here’s what to expect between checkout and your doorstep. For the complete details, see our Store Policies.
Free shipping on orders of $250 or more, sent by FedEx. It shows up as a shipping option at checkout.
When your order ships
We process most orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed by 12 PM Pacific can often be processed the same day.
Choosing Overnight or 2-Day speeds up the trip once your order ships. It doesn’t guarantee same-day shipping.
Some products depend on harvest timing, which can occasionally add a few days. If your order will take noticeably longer, we’ll let you know.
Shipping days
We schedule shipments so packages don’t sit in a carrier’s warehouse over the weekend.

Overnight and 2-Day orders don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If your address gets Saturday delivery and you’d rather not receive your order on a weekend, add a note to your order and we won’t ship it for Saturday delivery.
Some products can only ship by certain methods, and checkout shows the options for your cart. When Overnight is available, we recommend it.
How it’s packed
Nematode-only orders ship in a bubble mailer with an ice pack. Orders that include other items, or that total over $200, ship in a 12 × 12 × 12 inch box with a free cooler.
When it arrives
- Open your package right away and check for a refrigeration sticker. If there is one, refrigerate as directed.
- A warm ice pack is normal. It’s there to even out temperatures on the way, not to stay cold.
- Follow the instructions that come with your order.
- Bring your package in promptly. We can’t replace orders left outside or held up by an unattended mailbox. Every order comes with tracking so you can plan ahead.
Problem with your order?
Email info@naturesgoodguys.sbs within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and the packaging.
A few more things
- We can’t ship to PO Boxes.
- Red wiggler worm orders include an additional $15 shipping fee per order, added automatically at checkout.
- Add your email and phone number at checkout so we can reach you about any delay.
- Extreme weather and holidays can delay shipments.
